Job Summary

We are seeking an Expert Solutions Architect responsible for enterprise architecture design and strategic roadmap development on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design enterprise-level architecture and solutions.
Define technology strategy and roadmap.
Provide technical leadership across projects.
Ensure scalability, security, and best practices.
Guide development teams on architecture standards.
Engage with business leaders and stakeholders.
Lead platform governance and architecture reviews.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
Strong ServiceNow platform expertise.
Experience in large-scale system design.
Architecture governance and solution design experience.
Stakeholder management and strategy development.

Preferred

CTA (Certified Technical Architect) – ServiceNow.
CMA Certification in ServiceNow.
Experience in enterprise digital transformation programs
