Role Purpose
Lead and manage end-to-end functional testing activities, ensuring delivery of high-quality software aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define test strategy, test plans, and QA governance frameworks.
- Lead and manage QA teams across multiple projects.
- Oversee test execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Ensure alignment of testing with business goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement validation and risk assessment.
- Drive automation adoption and continuous improvement in QA processes.
- Manage UAT coordination and sign-offs.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for QA teams.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in functional testing, test strategy, and QA governance.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps).
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
