Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and drive the organization's enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring technology investments align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will establish enterprise architecture principles, standards, target-state architectures, strategic roadmaps, and governance mechanisms while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business goals.
• Define enterprise architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, and governance processes.
• Design current-state and target-state architecture models and transformation roadmaps.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic technology investments.
• Collaborate with business leaders, solution architects, engineering teams, and project managers to ensure architectural alignment.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and governance.
• Lead technology modernization, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Perform architecture impact assessments and provide technical guidance across projects.
• Mentor solution architects and engineering teams on enterprise architecture best practices.

Must Have Skills

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture Principles AND Architecture Standards AND Target-State Architecture AND Technology Roadmaps AND Architecture Governance Mechanisms.
• Enterprise architecture frameworks: TOGAF OR Zachman Framework OR FEAF OR Gartner Enterprise Architecture.
• Architecture modeling: ArchiMate OR UML OR BPMN OR C4 Model.
• Cloud platforms: AWS OR Microsoft Azure OR Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Architecture domains: Business Architecture AND Application Architecture AND Data Architecture AND Technology Architecture AND Security Architecture.
• Solution Evaluation AND Technology Strategy AND Architecture Review AND Governance.
• Strong understanding of Microservices AND API Architecture AND Event-Driven Architecture AND Integration Patterns.
• Experience with DevSecOps AND CI/CD AND Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.

Good to Have Skills

• Enterprise architecture tools: Sparx Enterprise Architect OR LeanIX OR Bizzdesign OR Orbus Software OR MEGA HOPEX.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes OR Docker OR OpenShift.
• Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) OR Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Familiarity with governance and service management frameworks: ITIL OR COBIT.
• Experience in digital transformation, cloud migration, application modernization, and enterprise integration initiatives.
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 OR NIST OR CIS Controls.
• Relevant certifications: TOGAF OR AWS Certified Solutions Architect OR Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert OR Google Professional Cloud Architect.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 9–12 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology strategy.
• Proven experience defining enterprise architecture standards and leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to align business strategy with technology strategy and influence executive stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
