We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for pharmaceutical clients in Germany. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions while maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution.
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and project deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, business teams, developers, QA, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, and regulatory requirements.
- Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Drive Agile project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare project status reports and executive presentations.
- Ensure high-quality delivery within scope and deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Fluent English required;
