Role Purpose

The CDGC Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog solutions to enable data discovery, lineage, governance, and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Informatica CDGC (Cloud Data Governance & Catalog)
• Configure and maintain data catalog, business glossary, and metadata management
• Establish data lineage and impact analysis frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance policies and standards
• Enable data discovery and self-service analytics capabilities
• Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements
• Integrate CDGC with data sources, ETL tools, and enterprise systems
• Support data stewardship and governance workflows

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Informatica CDGC / EDC / Axon
• Expertise in metadata management, data cataloging, and lineage
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices
• Experience with SQL and data analysis concepts
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Informatica CDGC / EDC certification – good to have
• Experience with data privacy regulations (PDPL, GDPR, etc.)
• Exposure to enterprise data governance programs
