Location: KSA (On-site)
Experience: 4-6 years

ARABIC SPEAKING IS A MUST HAVE.

MUST HAVE

4–6+ years building BI solutions end-to-end (data modeling → visualization → deployment)
Strong hands-on skills in a major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik) — expert-level in at least one
Strong SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, complex joins)
Data modeling experience (star schema, dimensional modeling)
ETL/ELT experience — building and troubleshooting data pipelines feeding BI layers
Ability to gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and translate into dashboards/reports (this is the "consultant" half — not just a report-builder)
DAX or equivalent calculation-language proficiency (if Power BI-centric)

GOOD TO HAVE

Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar unified analytics platforms
Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics feeding into BI layers
Experience presenting to executive/C-level audiences
Domain experience in operations/logistics/parking/municipal data
Arabic language skills
Familiarity with data governance/row-level security implementation
Prior consulting background (used to client-facing engagements, scoping, and stakeholder management)
