Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with 3–11 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across both frontend and backend technologies, experience building RESTful APIs, and a solid understanding of modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop secure and scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers where applicable.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely fixes.
• Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend

• Strong experience with React.js or Next.js or Vue.js.
• Experience with Webpack or comparable frontend build tools/frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience building responsive and cross-browser compatible applications.

Backend

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following backend technologies:

• Java and Spring Boot
• Node.js
• .NET
• Python and Django
• Ruby on Rails
• PHP or comparable backend technologies

Database

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus.

APIs & Integration

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with GraphQL is an advantage.
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SSO).

DevOps & Tools

• Git/GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps.
• CI/CD pipelines.
• Docker and Kubernetes are a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–11 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Microservices architecture.
• Unit testing and integration testing frameworks.
• Performance optimization and application security.
• Experience with containerized and cloud-native applications.
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is an added advantage.
