Job Location : Riyadh - KSA
Experience: 5+ Years

• Implement/Standardize/Optimize Risk, Policy and Compliance, Business continuity management and Third-party risk management modules for a large customer environment where IT services may get offered by multiple service providers
• Designing and implementing the GRC solution using industry best practices. Experience in risk, compliance, or audit domains; strong understanding of control frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX) and business processes.
• Hands-on development to include creation, customization of policies, controls, indicators, risk frameworks, audit test plans, attestation, and assessments etc.
• Configuring IRM portals.
• Hands-on in designing Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workflows, implementing continuity plans, plan reviews, testing, and lifecycle management and integrating BC plans with risks, processes, and assets.
• Reengineer existing processes and design new processes to dramatically improve productivity, quality and service, ensuring appropriate stakeholder input and buy-in
• Lead functional process implementations for designed/re-designed processes
• Work closely with technical team to implement the desired processes using Agile approach
• Collaborate closely with technical developers to translate functional requirements into configurations and customizations following Agile methodology.
• Support process and tool implementation through appropriate documentation for processes, functionalities, test scripts and training material
• Conduct operational trainings and follow organizational change management process
• Implement KPI measurement & reporting
