Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Transformation Lead to drive and deliver strategic business and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional programs, establish transformation roadmaps, manage stakeholders at all levels, and ensure the successful realization of business outcomes through operational, process, and technology-led improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs aligned with organizational strategy and business objectives.
• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps, identifying key initiatives, milestones, and success metrics.
• Drive business process optimization, operating model enhancements, and organizational change initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and innovation.
• Establish governance frameworks, program controls, and transformation reporting mechanisms.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement across executive leadership, business functions, and delivery teams.
• Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and adoption strategies.
• Track and measure transformation benefits, KPIs, and value realization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, Program Management, or Strategy Execution.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in program management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and steering committees.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA preferred).
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Prosci Change Management.
• Experience leading digital transformation programs involving cloud, data, AI, ERP, or enterprise technologies.
• Experience within government, telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, or large enterprise environments in the GCC region.
