Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Saudi National Windows Server Administrator to support and manage the organization’s Windows Server infrastructure. The role requires expertise in server deployment, configuration, system security, performance optimization, and compliance with audit and security standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual server hardware.

• Install and configure Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022).

• Install, configure, and maintain server-based applications.

• Monitor and optimize Windows Server performance and resources.

• Implement regular security updates, patches, and server hardening activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows Server and application issues (L2/L3).

• Remediate audit findings and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation for server configurations, SOPs, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Preferred certifications: MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent.

Experience & Technical Skills

• Minimum 5+ years experience in Windows Server Administration (L2/L3).

• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.

• Familiarity with PowerShell for scripting, automation, and administration tasks.

• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability systems.

• Strong understanding of patch management, CIS/security hardening, and compliance practices.

Soft Skills

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed documentation.

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

• Flexibility to support on-call rotations and after-hours operations.
