Position Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated Front-End Web Developer based in Islamabad who is passionate about transforming UI/UX designs into seamless, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces. The ideal candidate will work closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams to ensure exceptional user experiences through high-quality code and smooth functionality. This role requires a strong understanding of modern front-end technologies, aesthetics, and performance optimization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Convert UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into responsive, pixel-perfect front-end code.
Collaborate with designers to develop intuitive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
Optimize front-end performance for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth, end-to-end functionality.
Write clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient code following best engineering practices.
Ensure that all implemented designs meet defined specifications and product guidelines.
Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Stay updated with the latest front-end development trends, tools, and best practices.

Knowledge and Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Experience:
3–5 years of professional experience in front-end and web development.
Behavioral Skills & Competencies:
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js, or Angular).
Solid understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
