Certification: ISTQB (Automation/Performance related preferred) (Mandatory)

Role Purpose
Design and execute performance testing strategies to ensure applications meet scalability, reliability, and responsiveness benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance test scripts.
- Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Monitor application performance using APM tools.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize performance.
- Prepare detailed performance test reports and recommendations.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure performance testing best practices and standards are followed.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
- Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana).
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins).
- Basic scripting knowledge (Java, Python, or similar).
