Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in C#/.NET technologies, SQL Server, enterprise integrations, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience within the Asset Management domain and a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade backend applications in Microsoft-based environments. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, participation in Agile delivery teams, and ownership of application performance, reliability, and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET Framework/.NET.
  • Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and data models.
  • Build, maintain, and support complex integrations and data flow processes.
  • Configure and manage application and integration environments.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Apply DevOps best practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Participate in Agile development activities using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
  • Support application deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and incident management activities.
  • Contribute to technical design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend development experience using C# and .NET Framework/.NET.
  • Experience working within the Asset Management domain (Mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in SQL Server, database development, and data modeling.
  • Experience developing and maintaining complex integrations and data flows.
  • Strong experience working in on-premises Microsoft environments.
  • Hands-on experience establishing and configuring application and integration environments.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build and release processes.
  • Practical knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent source control and deployment tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and performance optimization skills.
  • Experience in requirements analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience with any two of the following technologies: React, Angular, Vue.js, or Blazor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Understanding of frontend and backend system interactions.
  • Exposure to full-stack development environments.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and modern frontend architectures.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern application architectures.
