Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer with a strong background in the banking domain to design and deliver high-impact dashboards for executive and C-suite stakeholders. The role requires deep understanding of banking KPIs, strong visualization skills, and the ability to translate leadership requirements into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain executive-level and C-suite dashboards using Tableau

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and reporting needs

• Translate complex banking data into intuitive and impactful visual stories

• Develop dashboards covering financial, risk, operational, and compliance KPIs

• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability

• Publish, manage, and maintain content on Tableau Server, including permissions and subscriptions

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a Tableau Developer, preferably in the banking or financial services domain

• Proven experience delivering dashboards for executive leadership and C-suite

• Strong understanding of banking KPIs (financial performance, risk, operations, compliance)

• Expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server

• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills

• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate requirements into insights

Nice to Have

• Experience working with large enterprise data warehouses

• Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis

• Familiarity with data governance and regulatory reporting frameworks
