Role Purpose
Act as a strategic consultant to optimize SDLC processes, DevOps practices, and toolchain integration, ensuring efficient and streamlined delivery pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and improve existing SDLC and DevOps processes.
- Provide consultancy on best practices for CI/CD, version control, and release management.
- Work closely with teams using tools like GitLab, Jira, and related platforms.
- Define and implement DevOps governance frameworks and workflows.
- Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, and operations teams.
- Recommend automation strategies and process improvements.
- Support Agile transformation and DevOps maturity initiatives.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for teams.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and DevOps principles.
- Hands-on experience with tools like GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins (functional level expected).
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline design and optimization.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work at a strategic level rather than deep technical execution.
