Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter who has exposure to a software house environment or a strong interest in technology and wants to build a long-term career in HR & Talent Acquisition. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to learn technical hiring end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end technical recruitment for software and IT roles
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls
Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical teams
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Understand job requirements for technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
Support employer branding and hiring initiatives
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: BSCS / BSE / BSIT or related degree (preferred)
Experience:
Fresh graduates OR
Up to 6 months experience in recruitment, HR, or software house environment
Basic understanding of software technologies, tools, and IT roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Willingness to learn and grow in HR & Talent Acquisition
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Nice to Have
Prior internship or experience in a software house
Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and ATS tools
Interest in long-term HR growth rather than short-term roles
