Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter who has exposure to a software house environment or a strong interest in technology and wants to build a long-term career in HR & Talent Acquisition. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to learn technical hiring end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end technical recruitment for software and IT roles

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical teams

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Understand job requirements for technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)

• Support employer branding and hiring initiatives

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: BSCS / BSE / BSIT or related degree (preferred)

• Experience:

  • Fresh graduates OR

  • Up to 6 months experience in recruitment, HR, or software house environment

• Basic understanding of software technologies, tools, and IT roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good coordination and follow-up skills

• Willingness to learn and grow in HR & Talent Acquisition

• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have

• Prior internship or experience in a software house

• Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and ATS tools

• Interest in long-term HR growth rather than short-term roles
