Project Manager / Technical Team Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager / Technical Team Leader to manage end-to-end delivery of projects related to the ServiceNow platform while leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project planning, execution, and delivery.
Lead technical teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
Define project scope, timelines, and milestones.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Implement Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Manage risks and resolve project issues.
Provide progress updates to leadership.
Ensure quality and compliance standards.

Required Skills

5–8 years of project management experience.
Experience managing ServiceNow implementations - Must Have
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
Stakeholder and vendor management.

Preferred

PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
Experience in enterprise IT projects.
