Senior Project Manager (12+ Years Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects. The role requires strong leadership, governance, and delivery excellence across multiple stakeholders and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation → delivery → closure)
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid project execution
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Ensure stakeholder alignment (CxO-level engagement)
• Track KPIs, project health, and reporting dashboards
• Mentor team members and enforce delivery standards
