Salesforce Technical Architect (5–8 Years Experience)

Role Overview

The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. This role ensures architectural integrity, system integration, and technical governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Define integration patterns with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
• Lead technical solution design and ensure best practices
• Review code, enforce governance, and maintain system scalability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership to development teams

Required Skills

• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
• Integration tools (MuleSoft, REST APIs, SOAP APIs)
• Data modeling, security architecture, and performance optimization
• CI/CD tools and DevOps practices

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect
