Role Summary
We are seeking proactive Support Engineers to ensure the smooth functioning, monitoring, and support of digital applications and web portals. The role involves troubleshooting, incident management, and maintaining system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for applications and web portals
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Coordinate with development and DevOps teams for issue fixes
- Manage incident tickets and maintain proper documentation
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in application or production support
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of web technologies, APIs, and databases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
- Good communication and documentation skills
