Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst with 12+ years of expertise in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The role involves translating complex datasets into actionable insights, enabling strategic decision-making, and driving data-driven culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Reporting & Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

• KPI Definition: Define, monitor, and refine KPIs and business metrics aligned with organizational goals.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.

• Data Quality: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across multiple systems.

• Strategic Insights: Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

• Documentation: Prepare functional specifications, data dictionaries, and process documentation.

• Mentorship: Guide junior analysts and contribute to building analytical capabilities within the team.

Required Skills

• Advanced SQL: Expertise in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.

• Excel Mastery: Strong proficiency in advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling.

• BI Tools: Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization platforms.
