Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale digital platform initiatives, including web portals and super applications. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within defined timelines
- Manage cross-functional teams including development, DevOps, and support
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Track progress, prepare reports, and present updates to senior stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in IT project management
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital/web platform projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
