Role Overview

We are seeking an autonomous Senior RPA & AI Developer with a strong Research & Development mindset to evolve and scale our intelligence layer. While our internal R&D team has established an initial baseline using techniques such as Isolation Forest for anomaly detection and River / Incremental Learning for streaming data, this role is expected to take ownership of the next phase.

You will generalize and extend existing approaches, leveraging Deep Learning, advanced neural architectures, and ensemble methods to transform point solutions into a robust, reusable, and production-grade intelligence platform. This role combines advanced AI/ML engineering with high-performance automation, operating in real-time, high-volume environments.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced AI & Model Generalization

• Evolve existing baseline algorithms (e.g., Isolation Forest, River-based models) into generalized, scalable AI systems

• Design and implement Deep Learning and ensemble architectures suitable for real-time and streaming data

• Select and validate architectures that balance performance, explainability, and operational constraints

Independent Research & Innovation

• Conduct independent R&D to identify and prototype next-generation ML and mathematical approaches

• Continuously evaluate emerging techniques relevant to anomaly detection, pattern recognition, and automation intelligence

• Translate experimental concepts into production-ready solutions

Feature Engineering & Data Modeling

• Engineer high-signal features from RPA logs, system events, and operational telemetry

• Build feature pipelines compatible with both traditional ML and Deep Learning models

• Optimize feature extraction for low-latency and streaming environments

Hybrid Automation & Intelligence Integration

• Develop high-performance automation bots using Selenium and UiPath

• Seamlessly integrate RPA workflows with custom-built AI intelligence modules

• Ensure tight coupling between automation execution and real-time AI decisioning

Production Delivery & Engineering Excellence

• Own the full development lifecycle using VS Code, from experimentation to production deployment

• Deliver production-grade models capable of handling massive, streaming datasets

• Ensure robustness, scalability, and maintainability of deployed solutions

Technical Requirements

AI / ML Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent)

• Deep understanding of:

  • Unsupervised learning

  • Online / incremental learning

  • Anomaly detection

  • Predictive modeling

• Proven ability to extend and innovate beyond baseline algorithms

Automation & Engineering

• Advanced Python development skills

• Hands-on expertise with Selenium and UiPath in enterprise automation contexts

• Experience building intelligent automation solutions that operate at scale

Distributed & Streaming Systems

• Experience or familiarity deploying AI models in high-velocity, distributed ecosystems

• Understanding of streaming data architectures and low-latency processing constraints
