Job Title: Technical Recruiter Intern
Location: Gulberg Greens Islamabad (Onsite)
Duration: 3–6 Months Internship

Role Purpose
We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter Intern with a background in Computer Science (BSCS) or IT who is passionate about starting a career in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. This internship provides hands-on exposure to IT hiring, recruitment tools, and the complete recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced software/technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates for technical roles (Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.)
Screen resumes and understand technical skills, job descriptions, and role requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
Support the recruitment team in posting jobs across LinkedIn and job portals
Maintain and update candidate databases, pipelines, and trackers
Communicate with candidates via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
Learn and support the end-to-end technical recruitment process
Assist with employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or Information Technology
Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply
Basic understanding of software development concepts and IT technologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow in HR / Talent Acquisition
Good organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
Basic understanding of technical roles, stacks, and industry terminology
Interest in Recruitment, HR, or People Operations
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn mindset
