Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Operations Assistant to support the daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The role involves managing CRM data quality, supporting sales and marketing teams, generating reports, and ensuring smooth CRM processes to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with CRM platforms, managing data, supporting campaigns, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient CRM usage.
Key Responsibilities
CRM System Management
Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and cleansing activities.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within the CRM platform.
Ensure CRM processes and workflows function efficiently.
Sales & Marketing Support
Support sales and marketing teams by maintaining customer records, leads, opportunities, and campaign data.
Assist in tracking leads and pipeline activities within the CRM system.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely updates of customer interactions and deal progress.
Data Management & Reporting
Generate regular CRM reports and dashboards for management and business teams.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement.
Analyze CRM data to provide insights that support business decisions.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve CRM workflows and operational processes.
Support CRM implementation, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure system enhancements align with operational needs.
Documentation & Training
Maintain documentation related to CRM processes, workflows, and user guidelines.
Provide support and basic training to internal teams on CRM usage and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6–8 years of experience in CRM operations, CRM administration, or CRM support roles.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or similar tools.
Strong experience in data management, reporting, and CRM analytics.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Understanding of sales pipeline management and marketing campaign tracking.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with CRM automation and workflow management.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and customer engagement platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
