Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator manages and configures the Salesforce platform to meet business needs while ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure workflows, validation rules, flows, and reports
  • Manage users, roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Maintain data quality and system security
  • Support end-users and provide training
  • Generate dashboards and reports for business insights

Required Skills

  • Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Reports)
  • Data management and security model
  • Strong understanding of Sales & Service Cloud

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Advanced Administrator
