Role Purpose
Support the corporate banking BIS workstream by analyzing business requirements, documenting end-to-end journeys, and assisting in the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for in-scope products and processes. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure clear, structured, and implementable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining end-to-end customer and internal journeys for corporate banking products and services within the approved scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including relationship teams, operations, trade/process teams, risk, compliance, and technology to gather requirements.
- Prepare detailed BRDs and process documentation, including functional workflows, business rules, exception handling, and dependencies.
- Document system touchpoints across channels, core banking, CRM, payments, limits management, compliance screening, and other supporting platforms.
- Support in identifying and distinguishing between foundational and deferred scope items.
- Participate in vendor walkthrough sessions by explaining documented journeys, requirements, and business context.
- Analyze and highlight functional gaps, ambiguities, and conflicting stakeholder inputs; escalate where necessary.
- Support UAT preparation by ensuring requirements are clear, testable, and traceable.
- Maintain requirement traceability matrices and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Expected Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in corporate banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products, processes, and operations.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and BRD documentation.
- Familiarity with banking systems such as core banking, CRM, payments, and compliance platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
